Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton South

Price was good, location was fairly central on the Southern side of town. However you need a car to get around.

It was good little room for a couple nights, having a fridge was very nice. It was a little worn overall, but clean and comfortable. Unintentionally picked the exact right location to be near both West Edmonton Mall and Ikea. Multiple places to eat, a Superstore and a gas station all within sight or walking distance, very convenient. Wouldn't mind staying again.

Breakfast was good.The room was ok but pillows were to soft we prefer harder pillows.My husband couldn’t get to use the gym because room card didn’t work to open the door went to reception and the lady told him you have an appointment to go in the gym and only the front desk can let you in.

Stayed for a convention at the neighboring Wyndham hotel, 60 second walk to that hotel from the Travelodge. Rooms had very good air conditioning compared to the Delta hotel. Large mini fridge provided as well

The moment I arrived i was surprised by the way the property looked. It is very clean, a little dated on some things but not shabby. The staff was great and knowledgeable about the area. They also had discount for the adjacent restaurant and coupon for Boston Pizza just up the street and offered them to me immediately. Definitely be a place to go on a return visit. Great value. Bagged breakfast is at least there. Some have given up completely on any service. I have been traveling a lot and it was nice to get something.
